RETURNS: If you are unhappy with any of your item(s), you may cancel your order by giving written notice within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. You then have a further 14 calendar days to return the items – they must be received by us within 28 days of delivery. We do not pay the cost of return postage. To return item(s) for a refund, please ensure the they are returned in their original conditions with bags and tags. We will replace faulty software, CDs, videos, eBooks etc. These items cannot be exchanged or returned. Charts cannot be returned.
