HM-400 4 PlaceA portable voice activated intercom system which can be taken with you when you leave your aircraft is suitable for connecting four headsets. Operating from one or two PP3 batteries, it can provide up to 48 hours of maintenance free use.
Provided with the intercom is a lead to connect to a cigarette lighter, and another for connecting to a tape recorder etc for playing background music as you fly. In this mode should the P.T.T. switch be pressed, the music is cut off. The tape recorder can also be used to record conversations or commentary on your flight as it progresses.
